For requests of evaluation product we would appreciate completion of the Evaluation Form below and return (by fax) to your Lan 1 Account Manager. To extend the evaluation period or purchase these goods, please discuss with your Account Manager.
Evaluation Period
Products are available for a maximum evaluation period of 14 days, unless prior arrangements have been made. Simply right click your mouse and select 'Save As' to your local computer. Complete the form, print, sign and fax back to your Lan 1 Account Manager with a valid company purchase order or credit card details stated on your Evaluation Request.
General Terms and Conditions
Any Product provided for evaluation shall remain the property of Lan 1 Pty Ltd. Lan 1 Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of the Customer's use of the Product. Lan 1 Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate the Agreement at any time and without notice and to recover the Equipment if, in the opinion of Lan 1 Pty Ltd, the equipment is being abused, or if the customer neglects or fails to perform any of its obligations under the Agreement.
Original Packaging Any Product provided for evaluation must be returned in its Original Packaging and Condition. Should the product be returned in a damaged state, the Customer agrees to pay for repair or replacement cost to be determined at the discretion of Lan 1 Pty Ltd. Product is to be returned within the evaluation term.
Agreement
By reading the Terms and Conditions and agreeing to comply with these or otherwise accept a charge of re-stocking fee when the goods are returned, resulting from non-compliance to these Terms and Conditions.
Return the Product at the end of the evaluation period
Upon receiving the item Lan 1 will inspect its condition. If there are any parts (screws, manuals, CD‘s) missing and or there is any damage to it or its packaging that makes it unfit for sale, a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be charged.
Please do not stick any stickers on the product box or mark it in any way and be sure to prominently mark the outer shipping box with the pre-issued Return Authorisation Number. To return goods, please contact Lan 1 Pty Ltd to obtain a Return Authorisation number on 1300 300 413 or 02 9319 4242.
