Rapid Replacement Request

 

Rapid Replacement is only for customers who have purchased and activated Rapid Replacement or have a DOA unit which which is also entitled to Advance Replacement service. For all other returns please use the Return Authorisation Request. Rapid Replacements Requests must be accompanied by authorised credit card details, signed and faxed to the Lan 1 office. A notice of DOA must be received within 7 days of invoice, where possible Lan 1 will provide advanced replacement on DAO products, however please bear in mind that Lan 1 must abide by the vendors DOA policy, additional requirements may involve an additional delay to the normal advance replacement SLA.
